ZUMBA TIME
On the first day of the camp, an energetic session on *Endurance and Conditioning Exercises* was conducted by Mr. Nijil Dev. The session focused on improving physical fitness, stamina, and overall well-being through a variety of exercises. Participants actively engaged in the activities and learned the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. This was followed by an exciting Zumba workout session, which combined fitness with fun through music and dance. The sessions created a lively atmosphere and helped participants begin the camp with enthusiasm and energy.
